What we collect

When you create an account or use CollegeFlow, we may collect your name, email address, account ID, high school, graduation year, college list, tasks, deadlines, progress, and other planning information you choose to add.

How we use it

We use this information only to provide and personalize CollegeFlow, keep your plan connected to your account, provide requested support, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

Sharing with your counselor

If you choose to connect to a counselor’s school workspace, CollegeFlow shares your progress, school list, and next task with that workspace. It does not share your passwords, essay drafts, notes, or account credentials through this connection.

What we do not do

CollegeFlow does not sell your personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Data storage and security

Your account and planning information are stored using secure service providers so they can be available across your devices. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your choices

You may update your planning information in the app, disconnect from a school workspace, or contact us to ask questions about or request deletion of your account data.
